How to buy
Selecting a product
Select a product category from the menu bar and click on it. The corresponding category will open and you will see the products offered in that category.
Click on the selected product and you will find the product introduction. If you like the product, add it to the cart.
By clicking on the shopping cart in the right corner, an overview of the products you have selected will open.
In the shopping cart, you can increase the quantity by + and decrease by -.
Payment
You can pay for the goods via a bank link (LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Coop bank, PocoPay) or with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).
Once you have made the payment in the online bank, be sure to press the “Return to merchant” button. Otherwise, it may happen that information about the success of the payment does not reach us and the fulfillment of your order is unnecessarily delayed.
Delivery
The goods together with the invoice will be delivered to the Omniva parcel machine of your choice.
Filling an order
We will start fulfilling your order once you have confirmed the order and paid for the entire order. After making the purchase and paying for the order, we will send a notification by e-mail that the order has been received.
Product return
You can return the products within 14 calendar days of receiving the products. To return, it is necessary to fill out an application in a free form, indicating the reason for the return, and send it together with the goods to be returned to the address……………………….. ……….
You can return products that are unused and undamaged, including in the original packaging.
The costs related to the return of the products are borne by the customer.
According to the Law of Obligations Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned due to their nature, including: laundry, cosmetics and perfumes with open packaging, and perishable (i.e. labeled “Expirable until…”) products, other products in accordance with § 53 subsection 4 of the Law of Obligations Act.
